Meet The Watson 'Family'
Rhia Sim
Rhia recently re-joined the Watson Alarms team as an Administration Assistant. In her late teenage years, Rhia, had a spell working with us in the office and gained some great work experience under the guidance of Olivia our Office Manager. After spreading her wings in other working roles and settling down in a family unit during the in between years Rhia wanted to return to work after her maternity leave.
What was initially a speculative approach to her former boss, Lesley Watson, and after the standard recruitment procedure was completed, it bared fruit as Watson Alarms were looking to add another member to the administration team and a job offer was presented and accepted.
Rhia with her previous experience has slotted into the role extremely easily and has demonstrated a polite and pleasant personality with customers both in person and on the phone. She has also quickly reacquainted herself back in line with the systems and processes with the support and guidance of Olivia and Natalie.
Rhia and her partner, Neill, stay in Ellon along with their lovely 13-month-old son, Koby. In her `spare time`Rhia and Koby are often spotted down out for a walk with the local park at favourite destination. Koby is no stranger to the Watson Alarms office as he often visits us and as always melts the hearts of the other members of the team especially the ladies!
