TG Energy Services is a family owned, Aberdeen based company, established in 2012.
They excel in procurement solutions for a wide spectrum of companies locally, nationally and globally and support their clients with staff who have many years’ individual expertise in sourcing products according to our customer’s needs.
They specialise in a wide range of products however, a large part of their business is ad-hoc procurement where they can process one-off purchases from vendors, which enables their customers to obtain their requirements without any delay and hassle of pro forma. This has given TG Energy Services a broad access to a diverse scope of suppliers in various industries.
TG Energy Services provide very competitive pricing and endeavour to always provide an excellent level of service to their customers from enquiry to expedition of goods. They serve a wide client base ranging across Oil & Gas, Renewables, Marine, Aviation & Defence, Construction and Science & Technology.
TG Energy Services are First Point Assessment (FPAL) and ISO9001 accredited.
As part of a business relocation the new facility, within a stone throw of the previous building, required an intruder alarm system upgrade to ensure the assets of the business were protected. A tender process coordinated by James Olley, Director, was instigated to ensure TG Energy Solutions receive a high level of service and a competitive solution for the project. Watson Alarms, as a new supplier to TG Energy Services, were delighted to be named as the successful bidder.
On receiving written confirmation of acceptance, the Watson Alarms team got to work. An installation start date was agreed and the new monitoring contract order was placed; Engineer job pack and equipment kit was organised by the office. These processes are in the main completed well in advance of the actual install date to ensure equipment can be ordered if required thus avoiding any embarrassing delays although we do keep an extensive range of our most popular products.
The Watson Alarms Engineer installation team attended site on the date as agreed and completed the works whilst being sympathetic and considerate to the Client`s busy operation. On completion the system was commissioned including monitoring connection to the alarm receiving centre before the Client was provided with a comprehensive handover, demonstration and training on the operation of the new system.
Following completion of the project James Olley emailed with the following
“We have a saying ‘a business is only ever as good as the people in it’. The two guys who were down at our office yesterday were fantastic, lovely to speak to, helpful, and just all round very good guys. If this is the standard you hold yourselves to, then I hope you are very proud. Really impressed with the service, install and quality of work that has been carried out. I feel not enough people these days get in touch for good service and only to complain.
So thank you again for everything you guys have done. It has been an absolute pleasure on our end.“
Watson Alarms are always delighted to receive positive feedback from Customers, and we always ensure this is fed back to the relevant Engineers who have done so well to represent the company with such a high level of customer service.
As a further reflection on the excellent job Watson Alarms had provided we were also recommended and successful in being awarded a further Intruder Alarm System project for a neighbouring business.
Please contact Watson Alarms if you need advice on how to ensure your system complies and/or give us an opportunity to quote for your Intruder Alarm System requirements whether it be domestic and commercial we provide the same high level of customer service. Watson Alarms want to secure and keep new Clients for many years to come!
