30 Years Service For Keith Ellis

In his current role of Supervisor, Keith, now uses the vast knowledge and experience he has gained over the years to mentor our less experienced Engineers to ensure we continue to deliver the same high level of service to all of our Customers.

Keith really enjoys his job and this is reflected on a daily basis where he has built up a fantastic relationship with our customers, many of whom still expect him to attend personally.  Keith also displays a memory `like an elephant` with his  recollection of Customers system types based on their name/address and what he has completed on previous visits!

Keith is married to Dodie and they have a daughter, Naomi which takes care of the majority of Keith`s spare time. That said Keith has a growing reputation of the Watson Alarms social media chef as he shares his weekend cooking exploits occasionally on our internal Whats App group chat!
